Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Arzu Design Collective. We truly value your trust and want your shopping experience to be smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. Please take a moment to read through our Return & Exchange Policy so you know what to expect in case something doesn’t go quite right.


Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.

  • When Can I Return a Product?
    We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We're unable to accept returns for preferences such as change of mind or dislike of the product.

  • Return Window:
    Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Request a Return:
    Kindly email us at designarzu@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • A brief description of the issue

    • An unboxing video (this helps us resolve the issue quickly)

  • Return Conditions:
    Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once approved, you'll receive a store credit which can be used on your next purchase. Please note, we are unable to offer cash refunds.

  • Shipping for Returns:
    In most cases, we may ask you to self-ship the product back to us. We’ll guide you through the process if needed.


Exchanges

If you've received a product that's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we're happy to arrange an exchange.

  • Exchange Window:
    Please raise your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • How to Request an Exchange:
    Simply contact us with your Order ID, product images, and an unboxing video. Once approved, we’ll schedule a free pickup and send out a replacement as soon as possible (subject to availability).

  • Price Differences in Exchange:

    • If you choose a product of higher value, we’ll send you a coupon code for the return value. You can apply this at checkout and pay the difference.

    • For items of lower value, we’ll ship the exchange and issue the balance as store credit.


A Few Friendly Reminders

To ensure we can assist you efficiently, please keep the following in mind:

  • 📦 Unboxing videos are important when raising return or exchange requests.

  • ❌ The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

    • Gift boxes

    • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

     

  • 🔁 Unfortunately, once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.


Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping on orders over INR 5000

    • A small flat fee applies to orders below that amount

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

  • International Orders: Currently, we do not ship internationally.
