Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.

When Can I Return a Product?
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We're unable to accept returns for preferences such as change of mind or dislike of the product. -

Return Conditions:
Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once approved, you'll receive a store credit which can be used on your next purchase. Please note, we are unable to offer cash refunds. -
Shipping for Returns:
In most cases, we may ask you to self-ship the product back to us. We’ll guide you through the process if needed.
Exchanges
If you've received a product that's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we're happy to arrange an exchange.

Exchange Window:
Please raise your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. -
How to Request an Exchange:
Simply contact us with your Order ID, product images, and an unboxing video. Once approved, we’ll schedule a free pickup and send out a replacement as soon as possible (subject to availability). -
Price Differences in Exchange:

If you choose a product of higher value, we’ll send you a coupon code for the return value. You can apply this at checkout and pay the difference.

For items of lower value, we’ll ship the exchange and issue the balance as store credit.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

🔁 Unfortunately, once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: Usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Free shipping on orders over INR 5000

A small flat fee applies to orders below that amount

Tracking: A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.

International Orders: Currently, we do not ship internationally.
