Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Provide your order number and a clear image of the defective product.
• Once approved, we will arrange for the exchange of the same product (subject to availability) or issue store credit.
• Exchange Timeframe:
Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Returns
• Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of the product or change of mind.
• Return Window:
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• How to Request a Return:

• Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us in its original condition.
• Refunds for Returns:
Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit or exchange. No cash or payment method refunds are available.

3. Shipping Policy

• Delivery times may vary based on location, typically between 3-7 business days.
• Shipping Charges:
• Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders above INR 5000.
• Flat Shipping Fee: A nominal charge applies for orders below INR 5000.
• Tracking Information:
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
• International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

• Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional period.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
